"God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes and there shall be no more death...sorrow...crying...pain."
Some of the proceeds from With Grace Hospice will be used to support the ministries and missionaries of local churches.
The goal is also to fund projects that will benefit communities and countries in need.
Our hospice is a service and a ministry.
Dealing with end of life issues can be a scary and overwhelming experience.
We are a team of Christian doctors, nurses, hospice aides, social workers, church pastors, and volunteers trained to care for the patient and their families.
We will work together to meet any physical needs, such as reducing pain and suffering, as well as to provide emotional support and the hope from knowing God's grace.
| WHAT IS HOSPICE? |
When cure is no longer possible, hospice may be an option to provide someone you love a way to have the best quality of life for the time remaining.
Hospice allows someone to live life with comfort and dignity. Hospice can occur at home surrounded by familiar, comfortable settings, and caring family and friends. Hospice can be at a facility such as an assisted living or a skilled nursing facility.
We provide care wherever the patient considers home.
Care with Grace.
Hope through Faith.
| WITH GRACE HOSPICE PROVIDES |
We believe that everyone should be able to live their last days free from pain or any discomfort. All hospice services are covered under Medicare, MediCal, or private insurance. For those who do not have any means to pay, With Grace will provide core services free of charge.
You will not receive a bill for hospice services.
Experienced nurses are available 24/7 as a resource or to address any medical concerns to assure proper care and piece of mind.
Hospice provides all medications that are related to comfort and symptom management. No need to worry about calling the physician for refills or seeing the doctor when you run out of medications.
Helpful aides assist with personal care, such bathing and dressing, that can be difficult for families to do alone.
Caring people provide companionship and support such as running errands, shopping, reading, and short term relief for caregivers.
Compassionate people provide emotional and spiritual support to the patient and their families, including prayer.
Hospice provides equipment such as hospital beds and wheelchairs, as well as oxygen, diapers, wipes, and wounded care supplies needed for the care of the patient.
Knowledgeable people provide resources that are available in the community and can assist with health/social applications, planning, and counseling.
